Very comfortable apartment just needed a couple of maintenance issues attended to on our arrival which took about a week+ to address. Great location near shops and the Brookline activity.

The apartment itself is really nice. Wish we could have enjoyed it. We had booked for a long term stay, and shortly after we arrived we discovered a strong smell and visible mold in the bedroom. We reached out to Blueground, only to be told they will check with their team about the issue. We waited with no response. We were completely appalled by the lack of customer/tenant support. We sent multiple emails, only to continue receiving the same response “we will check with our team.” We had to sleep elsewhere since my husband has asthma and i was feeling sick from the exposure. A week later, building maintenance finally stopped by- only to tell us that this has been a complaint with the last 3 tenants (what?!?!). Someone had put a washer in the room and it leaked everywhere and Blueground has not taken responsibility to fix the issue. Was definitely not the kind of Airbnb experience I was hoping for.
