We stayed here for a few months during our evacuation from the Middle East. Blueground was communicative and helped us out with extending our reservations multiple times. They were also responsive when the AC was on the fritz. The apartment is small but well outfitted and good for two people. It is also very close to lots of restaurants, shops, and the water for great morning walks. The apartment is located in a well travelled (aka busy!) intersection, so if you are a light sleeper you might consider some earplugs.

Beware! Do Not Use Blueground. Look at Better Business Bureau comments! 1. They aren’t available for issues; the emergency line hung up on me on move in day; regular lines hung up during business hours. Long delay for portal submissions. 2. It’s a bait and switch operation. Additional fees-after you commit to your reservation-are exorbitant. Pet: $500 at entry then $150 x month. Parking $150 x month (no street parking - not said on Airbnb portal). Illegal action: I submitted a request to extend my stay from Mid Dec to Mid Jan; they rejected their own rate & increased it over $1000. I finally threatened legal action and they honored their own publicly offered rate “because it was off season.” Airbnb said it was a tenant / landlord issue but I showed them the rent part was a publicly available rate on their portal. 3. I moved into an unclean apartment. I was reimbursed to clean it and they replaced the rug after 2 weeks. 4. Cable was cut off; they didn’t pay the big

I don’t leave poor reviews, but this was a bad situation. I would never even try to book a place with this company ever again. I paid for the place and then they came up with every excuse not to give me the unit even after I supplied a ridiculous amount of information including license, passports, AND an application. The host then wanted ME to cancel the unit even though they were the reason for me not staying with them. Air BNB support even had to fight them on wether this was allowed or legal for that matter. If I could give this host 0 stars, I would.

The apartment came with some great unexpected extras that made my stay so much easier! The provided me with dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo conditioner and body-wash, paper towels…some small essentials that allowed me to move straight in without any hassle. The building also has a great gym with great views of Reagan airport and DC.

Perfect location. Very clean. So loud. You can hear everything on the street. Noise all night long. Small loveseat in the living room, and that was it! I booked for 6 months and asked for a couch or a recliner to be added, and they told me no. Shower was also tiny, and water pressure was terrible.
