I stayed here for two months and absolutely loved it. The apartment is peaceful, the building has great amenities, and there’s lots to do in the area! Would definitely stay again.

Overall, we had a good stay. The apartment was clean, the building was well maintained, and the security system made us feel safe. The amenities were excellent, especially the gym, and the location was very convenient. There were a few drawbacks. The surrounding area could be noisy at times, and we frequently encountered people who appeared to be homeless around the building. Our biggest issue was communication with Blueground regarding package deliveries. We were told to email Blueground for a package room access code, but responses were often slow. In some cases, the codes provided did not work. Since we had to request access each time a package arrived, the process became frustrating. We eventually started going directly to the building concierge, who was able to help us retrieve packages much more easily. It would have been helpful if we had been instructed to do that from the beginning. Other than these issues, our stay was very enjoyable. I recommend the place.

Good Building with amenities overall. Good views of Mt Rainier from the rooftop. Mostly operated by AI chatbots on AIrbnb. You can escalate it to a human eventually, but frustrating . Overall nice modern unit with enough for you to cook and work from.

Blueground is very organized but at times I felt communication was lacking. The QR code to get my keys to the apartment did not work and after driving all the way from eastern Washington I had to wait on an associate to get back to me with a working code. There was also initially a miscommunication about my parking space after I had already paid in advance for one. Also, a neighboring apartment flooded and I was not communicated to at all about what was going on. Blueground offered me to move into another unit at cost to me for the increased price so instead I opted to stay in my unit that had construction on and off for about two weeks during my stay. For as much as I was paying for the place I was staying I would unfortunately say it was not worth the price with the lack of communication and effort by Blueground.
