“Nightmare. BLACK MOLD growing around all the windows. They had someone come by and scrape it off with a rag and screwdriver. Dryer doesn't dry. Dishwasher doesn't wash. Laundry room leaking. Socks would get wet whenever walking in there. Missing blinds. Ice tray and freezer falls off hinges when ice becomes to heavy causing ice to cover the kitchen floor. No broom to even sweep the ice. Prepare to be on your hands and knees when needing to clean the floor. Toilet growls at you when its refilling. Every dining chair, dining table and coffee table extremely wobbly. Closet doors slide off the rails. Had to leave due to the black mold and check out 2 months earlier than expected. Cost me in time and money. Airbnb helped escalate my cancellation but Blueground wouldn't refund me. They gave me a 30% discount on my stayed nights but because I cut my strip short, my nightly went up about $50/night. So the discount didn't really do anything. Worst stay ever.”
