Great location, clean building with lots of amenities, spacious apartment, and walkable to Walnut Creek downtown, Target, farmers market, and Bart.

Blueground has poor response time and lack of understanding of what they manage. I often had to tell them of an issue and then had to tell them how to fix the issue. I will not ever use them again

Nightmare. BLACK MOLD growing around all the windows. They had someone come by and scrape it off with a rag and screwdriver. Dryer doesn't dry. Dishwasher doesn't wash. Laundry room leaking. Socks would get wet whenever walking in there. Missing blinds. Ice tray and freezer falls off hinges when ice becomes to heavy causing ice to cover the kitchen floor. No broom to even sweep the ice. Prepare to be on your hands and knees when needing to clean the floor. Toilet growls at you when its refilling. Every dining chair, dining table and coffee table extremely wobbly. Closet doors slide off the rails. Had to leave due to the black mold and check out 2 months earlier than expected. Cost me in time and money. Airbnb helped escalate my cancellation but Blueground wouldn't refund me. They gave me a 30% discount on my stayed nights but because I cut my strip short, my nightly went up about $50/night. So the discount didn't really do anything. Worst stay ever.

Apartment was clean, modern, had everything we needed for our stay. Customer service was friendly and highly responsive. The booking team much less so.

Good: Place is clean, modern instructions clear, location good Not good: unit minimally stocked only one bottle surface cleaner. Seems they want you to pay for cleaning rather than providing toilet bowl cleaner, windex, wipes etc . Mattress not great Only cheap garbage bags without drawstrings No large cups No baking sheets / Slowcooker etc only one fitted sheet, not fun If you have to change sheets in the middle of the night Washer / Dryer works well but very noisy. Long Delay in Communication during the holidays despite a very pressing issue (they were changing door locks!) Received parking violation despite paying for parking. Car details had not been forwarded to bldg management Bldg management is horrible. - garbage chute backed up over holidays, floor smelled of garbage for over a week, garbage room dirty - each elevator was out for over a week (not at the same time) - 4 fake fire alarms due to tenants, one at 4 AM. - building very dirty, something is always beeping
