“Blueground is a large company with multiple teams - they have a local team, an Airbnb team and a phone team. These teams do not communicate well with one another and you’ll constantly find yourself having to re-explain what you need before someone finally helps you. The apartment itself was lovely, exactly as described in the listing. Everything you need to cook is there and there is a grocery store and a couple takeout spots downstairs. Piedmont Ave is 10 minutes walking and has a ton of restaurants and retail. If you work in the area, it’s a great area to be car free, but if not, you should pay extra for garage parking (there is street parking but my catalytic converter was stolen and a bunch of cars had windows smashed in) because you’re about a mile away from BART (local transit). I considered booking longer despite the communication issues with their teams. If you have patience for meh service, you’ll be fine otherwise because that was my biggest issue in the 2 months I stayed”
