Blueground in San Francisco, California

“I stayed here for four weeks. I barely slept at all. My partner stayed with me for a little while too and he had so much trouble with the noise that decided to leave early. Every night somewhere between midnight and 3am there is a very loud noise that woke us up every single night. After sending videos, blue ground asked for more videos, so I ended up recording this three nights and after ten days they finally got back to me that it's nothing they can do and it's normal maintenance. After some point I started playing white noise on the TV but every night that would go off too because their Wifi kept shutting down. When I pointed this out they said there is nothing they can do. They also kept pushing for the communication outside Airbnb. The only reason I didn't move was because they said there is no way for me to get my money back. I have stayed in so many airbnbs before. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Be cautious!!!!”

“The apartment was great for our stay over the summer months. The building was nice with very good amenities. Our unit was warm in the summer so I would advise bringing a few fans to keep air moving. Blueground were great hosts with prompt and clear communication.”

“Great location blending the city life with a national park site. Place had everything we needed and loved the gym. The Presidio is a beautiful park with lots of areas to explore.”
