Blueground in Menlo Park, California

“Really enjoyed our stay in Menlo Park . Perfect locations . Super kid friendly , nice neighbors and beautiful neighborhood.”

“The place is nice looks like the pictures, very clean. Had issues with the lock getting inside the building and finding where to park and trying to get a hold of someone to give me the correct door code.”

“Sevier Ave. Menlo Park. The house worked out very well for us. It's in a comfortable area and the house was nice. We had 5 people for 6 weeks. One smoker- found out no smoking anywhere on the property or even on the SIDEWALK. The owner complained to the host multi times, who called us. Owner also said it's illegal to park on the street, but that was not true, we got a permit from the city. Definitely couldn't park in front of his house, though. Host Blueground is an international rental company, and though we rented through AirBnB, they wanted us to communicate through their system and did not want us to use AirBnB. We did anyway, to keep a good record. But it was very difficult going back and forth with emails and updating the AirBnB site to reflect the conversation. (Based on my experience, I don't think we will try Blueground, and we'll stick with AirBnB)”

“Wonderful location! Close to some fantastic restaurants, shopping and walking distance to a handful of parks. Super close to campus and best in class Stanford Medical Center. Highly recommend!”

“This blueground property was great for our family while we transitioned to the area. Unfortunately the unit needs a lot of maintenance - our dishwasher broke within the first two days and it took them about 2 weeks before it got fixed. They also didn’t communicate well with their housekeepers - on multiple occasions we had cleaners showing up with work orders to clean but Blueground had “no record”, it felt very weird and unorganized. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are two great parks for kiddos.”
