“Essentially a stay in a new apartment. Everything was very nice. The unit was well-stocked, and the building amenities were great. The area is rapidly developing, so lots of good food and convenience options around. The Islamic event center across the street tended to use all the parking in the area, though this may have been specifically due to Ramadan. The one thing to look out for is pet fees, which were in the fine print on the website, and not even fully covered on AirBnB from what I could tell. We paid 250 per pet in “one time fees” and an additional 100 each in pet rent. That brought the unit from being a great deal to basically on par with other units in the area. We needed accommodation for additional days, but the unit was no longer available. Blueground told us we’d need to pay the one time fees again if we stayed in a different Blueground property, which was disappointing.”
