“I rented this apartment because my house had mold and I am highly sensitive to mold. I rented the unit for two months allowing for time to remediate the mold. Because of my sensitivity, we test every place we stay in for mold. It took a month for the results to come back and I was stunned to find the unit had moderate mold although I already suspected it as the entry closet smelled musty and I was having trouble breathing. Blueground had already charged my credit card for the second month, but when I informed them of the situation, they immediately refunded my rent plus gave an extra inconvenience fee. Carlos Montos the Customer Service Co-ordinator was wonderful, polite, responsive, and had great followthrough, and made sure all my needs were met. Good company; it's a shame that this particular space had mold. I would rent from them again.”

“Great location at this Airbnb. Near Target/Trader Joes/Whole foods and lots of restaurants and food trucks. It's very close to the train tracks. I thought the train noise would bother us, but the trains actually don't honk most of the time. Parking is very easy, all the spots touching the train tracks are available to anyone even overnight. We checkout on Christmas Eve (24th), but I forgot something important inside and didn't remember until the night time. The Blueground support team worked over Christmas (25th - 26th) to track down my items with the cleaning crew. I got those items back on the 27th. Very dedicated team!”
