“For context, stayed here for 2 1/2 months in the summertime. Staying at One Hill South, the apartment Blueground rents this unit through, was amazing! Related Realtors, who own the building, own Equinox - and have installed an Equinox in the building for residents to use! The amenities were amazing - pool on the roof, hot tubs on the roof, and much more! Staff at the front desk will learn your name and are very helpful! Location wise, would highly recommend for anyone who works on the Green Line and/or on Capitol Hill. Walking distance to the Capitol, ~15 min walk to Capitol South Metro (Orange/Blue/Silver line), and 3 minute walk to Navy Yard/Ballpark stop. The building is located in a safe area and is one of my favorites of all the buildings in Navy Yard.”

“I was so excited to book this place. After providing the extra documentation as requested and booking 10 days prior to the trip; Blueground cancelled my reservation after I already checked in, due to a aircon issue you would assume should have been addressed in the 10 days prior to check in. There is no elevator in the bldg, so I had to move my very large bags up and down 4 flights of stairs). They did not call to alert me of any issues, instead sent a message on the app. They refunded my payment in full. They offered two locations that I could choose to book, these locations were literally 2.5 times more expensive than the place I booked. They offered a discount of $300, which was not helpful considering the difference ($2700 versus $6500-7000). Before I booked I saw similar experiences via Reddit etc., but I thought booking through Airbnb would provide some protection. I would not book with them again and do not recommend the company.”

“This place is great for a long stay! I was here for 4 months and everything was perfect. Just walk in, unpack and your set. Super close to the baseball stadium, about 20 minute walk to Capitol Hill, 7 minutes to the metro, and right above a grocery store. Bed and couch was extremely comfortable.”
