It was a fantastic location for my short stay and was 10-15 minutes from locations of Arlington and Alexandria which is where I had to commute. Plenty of things to do in the area and the apartment was amazing. Very responsive and helpful with my stay! Had almost everything readily available for everyday tasks. I do wish I had some cleaning supplies available like dish soap/hand soap/laundry detergent but otherwise great!

This was one of the most stressful and unacceptable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I discovered bed bugs in my room around 1am, immediately alerted the front desk, and checked out on the spot. Despite this, I was still charged for the full night—even though I left immediately after reporting the issue and didn’t sleep a minute. On top of that, I had to miss work, deal with the anxiety and disruption caused by the situation, and take extra steps to ensure I didn’t bring anything home. The hotel eventually refunded me $4,600 out of the $6,200 I paid, but it doesn’t make up for the time, stress, and money lost. The way this was handled—especially charging me for the night I found bed bugs—felt dismissive and unfair. At this price point, there should be far higher standards of cleanliness, safety, and accountability. I would not recommend staying here until serious improvements are made

Blueground is a responsible host, always responsive when something comes up. I would stay with them again. The apartment is an excellent choice and the building staff are very friendly and accessible.
