Unfortunately, this apartment did not live up to its premium price. I reported bathroom mold immediately after check-in, but it took almost two weeks to fully resolve despite repeated follow-up. I also couldn't access the parking garage for the first two days because I was given incorrect instructions, making it extremely difficult to move in since there is essentially no street parking. It then took three weeks to receive the key fob needed to access the building amenities. Customer service was always quick to respond, but they were ineffective at actually resolving problems and repeatedly insisted their instructions were correct, even when the building manager confirmed they were not. The listing photos are also very misleading. The apartment receives almost no natural light during the day. With the lights off, it was literally dark enough to feel like nighttime. The location is convenient and the furniture is decent, but overall I don't think this apartment justifies its price.

The apartment is in a great location—very convenient for transportation and quite safe, with lots of restaurants nearby. However, Blueground is difficult to reach, and their response time for resolving issues is very slow. Some problems were never truly resolved, even though they said they were. Before I moved in, I had already paid for a parking space, but for about a month I didn’t receive the garage remote. As a result, I had to look for street parking every day, which was both inconvenient and unsafe. One afternoon, the power suddenly went out, and I had to cancel two important meetings. Later, I found out that the outage happened because Blueground had not paid the PG&E bill.

Absolutely love Blueground and also love this specific unit. This is my 4th Blueground in the past year and their concept fits perfectly with no needs. Full amenities, furniture, everything. You literally just show up and start living. The unit is the perfect size for one person. The location of this building is fantastic as well: right across from the Caltrain (this unit faces the courtyard so you can't hear the train noise), and literally across the street from Redwood City downtown. I can just walk to all the restaurants (there are Bird scooters around too). Very fast internet as well. If I have to point out one minor thing to be aware of: There's a lot of light in the morning but in the afternoons, the sun gets covered by the courtyard so it's on the dark side. Anyways, highly recommend this place! I'll definitely use Blueground again in the future.

It was all great! Nice location next to the train station. You could hear the trains but you get used to it plus it wasn’t too loud. Very comfortable apartment with great amenities.
