“This was by far the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Blueground sub- leases through the Misora apartment complex and does not intervene in a timely manner when there are issues. The app wouldn’t work to get in, I was locked out twice (once resulting in a missed flight and missing an important meeting) the unit smelled of cigarettes, furniture was creaky and cheap, and worst of all the elevator was broken the entire time I was there - and I stated before I booked I had a broken ankle and would need elevator access. I could not receive packages, use the pool and due to construction the parking was always a challenge despite paying $200 extra above the premium of the listing Location is good but I pressed to move out early due to all of the issues.”

“We got postponed check in a day and learned about this the same day we were supposed to check in. So we had to get a hotel. We then got notified the next day right before check in that our reservation was cancelled due to maintenance issues. We’ve now been stranded without a air bnb and missed 3days of work”

“great place with a beautiful park right outside. its located on the alameda, with whole foods & other essentials, as well as the SAP within walking distance. the place itself was incredibly clean with pristine furniture, making us feel right at home. being next to SJSU and the airport, it was surprisingly serene, always quiet, and all the tenants were respectful of noise rules, including on the weekends. loved our stay here and its location is perfect. hope to be back the next time i’m in san jose!”
