great place with a beautiful park right outside. its located on the alameda, with whole foods & other essentials, as well as the SAP within walking distance. the place itself was incredibly clean with pristine furniture, making us feel right at home. being next to SJSU and the airport, it was surprisingly serene, always quiet, and all the tenants were respectful of noise rules, including on the weekends. loved our stay here and its location is perfect. hope to be back the next time i’m in san jose!

Our two-month stay in this Blueground-managed property was extremely disappointing, with major issues left unresolved despite repeated requests. One of the three listed beds was broken from day one. Both showers had problems—one only offered warm water for two minutes, and the other had a damaged door with a failed repair attempt. The stovetop was difficult to light, exposed nails on the stairs created a safety hazard, and mold from a ceiling leak made the primary bedroom unusable. We also dealt with a persistent ant infestation, a broken fridge drawer handle, missing basic kitchen tools, and a refrigerator set at unsafe temperatures. Serious safety concerns included the absence of required bedroom smoke detectors. The only issue resolved was a broken dumpster lid, handled by the city—not Blueground. Overall, poor communication, lack of follow-through, and safety oversights made this stay frustrating and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property or Blueground.

Check-In was horrible, they told us the property is not ready yet for the first two days. For that time we had to stay in a nearby hotel. When we arrived in the property it wasn‘t as clean as you‘d expect, e.g dust on the floor, white socks turned out brown/ grey after a day of wearing and walking around, lime in the shower, under the bed we discovered lots of dust, dirty plastic bottles and hair. So overall the cleanliness as well as the check in was a problem during our stay. In terms of amenities and interior stuff the property was quite nice, beds are huge and comfortable. The gym in the garage and the table tennis plate are also a plus. However the backyard should be restored, as it looks more like a desert right now. After the check-out they confronted us with an insanely high additional cleaning fee, because they had to perform a „2hour deep cleaning which is not covered by the cleaning fee“ we already paid.
