They made me pay for a background check before I checked in. Would not accept my credit cards despite Airbnb saying there was not issue. The washer did not work ever during the stay. The heater was stuck in an on position which made the place unbearably hot. I was told that my pet was ok without any charges for the two weeks. The furniture was not as described and very old and disgusting and barely usable and missing a chair. There was a terrible smell. On two occasions water was pouring through the ceiling in the bathroom for several hours. Customer service was not helpful and only worked during business hours and did not respond to the problems. Then they are trying to charge me 650 extra for the dog there for two weeks. I left the place cleaner then when I entered this property. I would avoid Blueground properties at all cost. By far the worst Airbnb I have ever stayed at.

your service and the communication was atrocious. One of the worst experiences I've had and it continues to be. there's no two-way conversation that's just a series of repeated robotic responses. therefore nothing ever makes progress. anything I needed done for the apartment I had to go to the office or I had to fix myself. The service never was helpful

Booked the air BnB on Friday and checking Sunday. Cancelled on my Sunday afternoon. I rented it for 2 months. They took my money right away but giving 12k back I guess takes up to 15 days. So how am I to rent a new place right away

Having stayed at many Airbnb’s this was the worst host I have ever had. Blueground lied about the unit having AC on the listing, and then actively misled us into thinking they would fix the AC that they were still claiming existed. First they claimed to have sent a technician (no one ever came, even though the host said it was fixed). Then, after we complained again and another week later another technician calls us only to say that they manage the property and the AC doesn’t exist. So, they spent weeks lying to us about fixing something that didn’t exist. They apologized over text saying this should never happen especially during heatwaves that left us unable to sleep, and still did nothing. Eventually a few days from moving out after a month long stay they offered us a $200 voucher which felt like an insult after being lied to repeatedly. Finally, airbnb support helped us agree to a $3500 refund. Then, Blueground lied again saying the refund was actually for $500. AWFUL.
