“The location is nice, but the customer service is not helpful if not terrible. Although they responded promptly, they didn’t resolve anything.”

“When we checked in, the carpet was already stained across multiple rooms and the sofa was so dirty we had to cover it with blankets to use it. Blueground admitted the setup wasn’t finished and said a complementary cleaning will be provided. We reminded them repeatedly during our stay, but they didn’t. Communication was frustrating too. Too many representatives were in one chat, none on the same page, and we kept getting bounced back to people we’d already talked to instead of a clear answer. After we moved out, Blueground tried charging us $355 ($195 carpet + $160 sofa) for the exact same pre-existing damage we had reported before we even checked in. Only after we pushed back firmly did they agree to drop the charges. The location was good and the unit was spacious, but it clearly wasn’t ready to rent. It felt like they counted on us staying a month and two weeks to overlook the issues instead of doing the work upfront. I will never use Blueground again”

“we had a good stay overall, but it was disappointing at the end when they made false claims around cleanliness and cleaning services they used. it was claimed that deep cleaning was needed ($$$) but only showed pictures of some dust spots and two marks we couldn't identify. first time this has happened to me. great location though”

“Nice stay, love the area as well. The hosts are very responsive, and everything is handled professionally. Note that the bnb is on the first floor and it is connected by stairs, decently wide.”

“This location is fantastic! Right in front of the building swimming pool, and lots things are prepared but not listed, such as tooth brush stand, soap dish, swifter, s-shaped hook etc. love the place and the details, feel like home!”
