“Die Lage des Apartments ist super. Leider war bei meiner Ankunft die Waschmaschine schimmelig und extrem verdreckt. Ich habe es sofort Blueground gemeldet, woraufhin mir mehrfach versprochen wurde man kümmere sich darum. Innerhalb von mehr als 9 Wochen waren sie nicht in der Lage das Problem zu beheben, obwohl es immer hieß “man kümmere sich umgehend” darum. Es hat sich irgendwann angefühlt als wäre es ihnen egal und nach dem dritten Mal als angeblich jemand kommen sollte und es beheben sollte, aber niemand aufgetaucht ist, habe ich mich betrogen gefühlt.”

“I was informed less than 24hr before check-in unit was unfit for habitation. I was sent one other option that didn’t match my move in date. Had to contact air b&b directly for refund & stay in hotel. 0/10 do not recommend.”
