Pros: neighborhood is the best thing about this place. Quiet beach, and great restaurants, walking distance from home. Felt very safe walking around the neighborhood at night. The complex property was mostly quiet. Cons: upon arrival, there was a gross smell in the apartment and many items were broken, curtains, shower door, dishwasher filthy, black scribbles on one of the walls. The host was very slow to fix these issues and I ended up having to contact someone to fix the glass door because it was a danger. We had a noise issue above us and the host would only move us to a different unit and charge us thousands of dollars to do so even though we had proof of the harassment in the middle of the night. Overall: they are charging way too much money for this property and it felt like you were being nickel and dimes for each service including parking. The follow through and follow up to have repairs made was annoying

Don’t book with Blueground… please do yourself a favor, and do not book with them. They are very unresponsive, terrible hosts, they don’t even clean the listing nor get it ready for a client. I went inside the place, there was unbearable bad smell, dirty carpet with black stains everywhere, light in the living area wasn’t working, dining table had a big glue stain, flooring is not clean and has stains, bloodstain on bathroom curtain, broken bed and all sheets and covers on the floor,…etc. They are definitely the worst hosts, also they don’t have all the stuff that they have listed in what the house offers section. so if you think the house has whatever is listed as it’s there, don’t think that way because they don’t have it and when you ask about it, they will say they don’t offer it. They don’t respond to the Airbnb messages neither the customer experience phone number. One of the most terrible experiences in my whole life. They weren’t even responding to the Airbnb agents.
