Overall, the place is great. Great amenities, clean space, real close to beach, and a safe space to be in. However, I had a few things that were greatly inconvenient. Had a difficult time due to side gate being locked during entire stay. Parking was difficult as parking was directly adjecent to an active street. Also hated having to pickup keys from home office and having to drop off. Also didnt enjoy having to sign physical occupancy agreement and having to go back and forth to pick up and drop off keys. Digital lock and electronic agreement would have been great. Also brought my charcoal grill to cookout only to find out that its not allowed, per the physical agreement i had to sign after the fact.

The place is clean and bright and great value for money. I felt very comfortable there and enjoyed checking out the refurbished mill. It was very close to downtown which was also super convenient. I did not like that they are using an AI agent to check you in. There is a place for AI and it is not in hospitality where people purposely look for connection.

The house was very spacious and big lots of stairs. When we went in there was an odd smell. Some furniture was dusty, we had a problem with the fridge not cooling we had to wait, all our food and drinks were hot and going bad. Found hairs in our restrooms and lastly the room with the 4 individual beds felt like they were going to break definitely need new beds.

The inside of the apartment was okay and comfortable overall, but the outside of the property did not look well maintained. The grass wasn’t cut and looked very overgrown which gave a poor first impression. The most frustrating part was getting into the building on the first day. Accessing the door was difficult, and it was hard to reach the host for help. We ended up waiting about 15–20 minutes before we were finally able to get inside the apartment, which was stressful after arriving. Once inside, the stay was decent, but the check-in process and exterior condition could definitely be improved.

We were lied too, had to wash the dishes and towels before we could use them, clean up dead bugs off our bed and the description of the “stunning” and “jaw dropping” views of the river was a huge lie. You could barely see the river. There were also huge stains on the bedroom rug and the pool sticks were broken so that amenity was useless. We communicated through the Air B&B app and nothing was resolved. We’ve also contacted this company directly with no luck. This was a special Mother’s Day get away that was less than enjoyable.

Seven of us arrived latenight to attend graduation the next day, paying nearly $1,000 for 2 nights. The bathtub had excrement, bugs, and hair, we alerted the company and a cleaner came the next morning. Once that was addressed, we discovered more: a broken shower head spraying the wall and floor, bugs and crumbs on dishes, dead bugs and dust throughout the unit. Because it was close to tub, tall/elderly guests couldn't use the toilet comfortably. A train blared at 5:30&6:30 AM. Sheer curtains in the front bedroom faced a park with transient activity, no real privacy. Weeks before arrival, we received a threatening message demanding financial info or our reservation would be canceled, it turned out to be a scam tied to this listing. I submitted photos and requested a partial refund; management called our concerns "unfounded," offered $100, and added us to a never-rent-to list. I declined. I have excellent reviews across dozens of rentals and have never experienced this. AVOID.

Nice place and nice location. However, the “two king sized beds” are NOT kings, they are very clearly Queen beds. Also, we were only provided with 5 bath towels for a two day stay with 8 guests. Black mold in ice maker. Steps outside are DANGEROUSLY steep/ uneven and there are a lot of them. Would not recommend for anyone traveling with elderly people or disabled people.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best stay. Upon arrival the lock code was incorrect. We had to wait 30 minutes for customer service to create a new code for us to enter. Next, the master bedroom bed frame was broken and the bed was unstable during the entire duration of our stay. Next, the thermostat was not working so we could not adjust the temperature. A repair man had to come out and reset it for us. The water pressure in the shower is low and the hot water heater was not kicking on. The most disappointing of all would be the cleanliness of the garage. It was covered in dirt and debris. Overall, the air bnb was not worth the price with the abundance of issues we were presented with. It was not a relaxing and enjoyable stay for $300/night.

Check in went very smooth and location was very nice. However the power was turned off at 7 am . I notified the host and asked when would power be restored. I was greeted with a 5 hour response time. However I also contacted the site person of contact as well still no response. I waited for someone to contact me but unfortunately no one did. However I had to find somewhere else to go within short time which was very frustrating. Great location but power was shut off.
