“Our place was Preston’s and clean! Plenty of room (4 couples)! Each bedroom with bathroom allowed all of us privacy and able to get ready for fun without any hassle!!”

“The place itself was beautiful, clean, and it had everything we needed. The issue was the communication. I organized a retreat and while trying to coordinate details, different people from RedAwning provided different/conflicting information. Two weeks before the retreat I asked if the number of guests could be increased. They took a week to respond and denied this request. They had already approved us for 21 guests even though the max. number listed is 20 but they went back on their word and blamed it on me for not reading the description. They offered a 10% discount on a second unit due to their miscommunication. I explained my frustration at how they took a week to respond and went back on their word and asked if they could send me the link to that other place they were offering. I also asked a question in regards to the parking. I never got a response. Lastly, they charged one guest $600 extra at the time of check in when I had already paid everything. Their staff needs training.”
