“House was great, check in process was awful. We had three messages saying that we had to go off site and get keys somewhere else. When we went we did not find lockbox, we called a realtors number on a sign, she told us there has not been an office for Airbnbs in a year. We finally got ahold of someone, they gave us the door code. Said we would be receiving a text with a door code, we got that 2 hrs after we finally got into the house. And the door code was wrong on the text. For the price of the home, we expected an easier check in process.”
