“We stayed here for a final trip before school starts, and we would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect. Being on the first floor was quite convenient, and the condo was very clean and spacious. The location was also great. Not far from Wal-Mart when we did our snack run. Not far from the best restaurants. The beach was amazing (pro tip: rent a beach chair & umbrella; they came in clutch and so was the bartender 😎), and even though you’re not in the main building, the walk is very short. Also, the on-property restaurant has awesome pizza 🍕. The beds are very soft. Just a great spot all around.”

“The condo looks just like it is in the picture. I will say the beds could be a bit more comfortable and the pillows were a tab bit on the flatter side. Having a washer/dryer inside the condo was a major plus. No major complaints at all. No issues while visiting the property. Great view of the beach, which is literally in walking distance. Prime location, close to area shopping, Destin Harbor, Big Kahuana Waterpark right across the street and so much more. 10/10, will definitely book again when visiting the Destin area.”

“I can't recommend staying here due to the management practices of RedAwning. My personal phone number was clearly shared with multiple third parties, leading to months of unsolicited Phishing Whats App messages. Furthermore, the host "gatekeeps" basic information. They don't provide check-in instructions via Airbnb, recommend me to download external apps, and make phone calls directly to the property. This lack of communication extended to repairs; I had to physically drive to the resort office to report a broken oven because the Airbnb host was unresponsive to the actual issue. To top it off, despite asking for specific check-out instructions the day before I left (just "vacate the property by the scheduled check-out time and leave the home in good condition") they proceeded to send me ACTUAL, DETAILED checkout instructions when I was already back home (sent after checkout time). Save yourself the stress and book with a host who actually uses the Airbnb platform, not RedAwning.”
