“We primarily chose Lily's Pad for its proximity to where our extended family was staying but we would definitely stay there again. The beach access was basically across the street! The house was thoughtfully decorated with just the right amount of decor. (Loved the wooden chair!). There was enough comfy seating for our family which consists of three teenage boys. The screened in porch was lovely especially since the mosquitos were vicious. The house had all of the cooking items we needed and even some tupperware for leftovers. We had brought our own paper products but were pleasantly surprised to find some starter TP and paper towels already there. The outdoor shower was spacious so we could keep our towel & clothes dry while showering. Although we did not utilize the downstairs bedroom for sleeping it made an excellent workout room! We rented bikes from Island Cycles and they delivered them that day. It was nice to be able to bike to the store, get coffee or just cruise around”

“We had a wonderful family vacation, even though our stay took an unexpected turn. Just before our arrival, the original property had an unforeseen septic issue, and we were unable to stay there. While this was obviously a surprise, the local team at Dolphin Realty immediately stepped in. They communicated clearly, were kind and proactive, and worked hard to place us in another property nearby (Beach Bux) so our trip could continue without major disruption. We appreciated having such a great local team. The alternate property was different from what we originally booked, but it still had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Both properties are in beautiful locations with amenities for a satisfying family getaway. We also appreciated Airbnb’s understanding as the situation unfolded. They ensured the resolution felt fair, and we were grateful for that support. Despite the unexpected challenges, we appreciated everyone involved and would happily rent either home again.”

“This experience was definitely something I’ll remember. The communication was great I will give them credit. When we pulled up to the house, we had a hard time locating it because the sign was broken in half. We walked into the house and immediately saw that one of the bedrooms was not within the house, but just connected. At first glance, the floors were dirty and there were cobwebs everywhere and we immediately had to wash everything because the house just felt gross. There were lots of dead bugs and a few live ones rolling around.. there was also what look to be a bag of pretzels, dumped under one of the cushions. I don’t understand where the cleaning fee went because it looked like nothing happened done and I went and bought my own supplies and spent the first day cleaning that place for me and my family. Also, while attempting to use the grill, it broke and they sent out a new one which I am thankful for, but the experience overall was just messy and I will not return or recommend”
