“Condo #602 dirty!!! Somehow it became my fault the place was completely unlivable? Host Red awning tried to ignore me. Waters edge became aggressive. Old rusted outdated furniture. Dryer will not dry. We realized that’s why the linens were wet when we got there at 11:30 at night, after a ten hour trip. We slept on top of our beach towels! Awake to deep clean day 1. Everything in the condo was dirty! Ceiling had cobwebs, kitchen was outdated and dirty. Refrigerator was covered with old food. Dishwasher was smelly and outdated. Balcony had no door handle. Next morning My son wakes up with hundreds of bug bites on his legs. I get to spend the day with Orkin looking for bed bugs! He can’t find casings or bug poop so Waters edge Manager runs with it. Waters edge becomes rude and aggressive when you report issues. Then they try to act like I refused cleaning when it was never offered. I refused linens because we had to purchase new considering what the resorts looked like. Horrible place!”
