“Upon arrival we were displeased at how unclean the condo was. Dirty stained furniture. You could see dust and hair under the edges of the furniture and tables just looking around the room. Dust along the tops of the baseboards, and all light fixtures. Walking from 1 room to another left grime and gunk on the bottom of your feet to the point they turned brown. The laundry room access door was broken, yet closed as if it wasn't and once opened falling on my 5 year old. The bath tub knob in the master bath is broken. Upon turning it on it won't stay in position causing the shower to lose water pressure. The toilet in the small bathroom is stained with brown streaks. I could list alot more however I will just say this isn't our first time staying at this resort and our last experience was phenomenal (different unit) For the price paid I expected a more upkept and clean dwelling to enjoy some time away. This unit is in need of upgrades (TLC) and a thorough deep clean for future guests.”
