“Nice building. Secure. Conveniently located. Clean. But our place was a hostel not an apartment. It’s essentially a hotel room, not as advertised in listing on AirBnB. Offer your long term guests more than one key Fob. Amenities within could be much better, and the dryer doesn’t work very well.”

“3/5 – Unit was fine, but check-in was a serious failure. I arrived at 12:30 AM and the building's delivery PIN didn't work. I called the 24/7 line and was told they'd call me back, no time frame given. I waited outside alone until a resident kindly let me in. I never received the promised callback. Instead, the host sent an app message at 1 AM with instructions that would still not get me in the building. An app message is not appropriate when a guest is stranded outside at night and was explicitly told to expect a phone call. I wasn't monitoring the app, I was waiting for my phone to ring. Things go wrong. How they're handled is what matters. This fell short.”
