“The Place was great. Make sure you stay on the highest floor like we did (4th) to get a good view. Floors below don't get the view of the Beach. People were nice. You can rent a golf cart next door so you don't have to go anywhere, very convenient, but you need to reserve ahead of time from Nauti Golf Carts. If you use Google MAPS to get there make sure you come from eleventh street down Anchor street. First it took us down to the Beach entrance but you have to have a card to get through the gate. The biggest issue we had was the communication with RedAwning. I messaged them a week before and it took two days to get a response (probably from AI) that said they will check in to it. And they never sent us the check in instructions that they were supposed to send us via email 5 days prior. I messaged to them and did not get an answer till the day before check in. Very bad communication. It happened twice so I don't think it was a coincident.”

“Our place had issues with our washer/dryer, sand in our bed from the prior stay, a stain in our bed, and there wasn't a good vent in the bathroom. However, it was very walkable- we were right on the beach and next to the pool. There was also a private rinsing space (which was nice). The a/c was solid and the natural lighting was nice. Overall, 3.5/5”
