“The Sittin Pretty home was far too expensive. The views were beautiful. The coffee pot didn't make hot coffee just lukewarm. the Primary bedroom mattress was terrible it needs replacement asap. We were able to sleep in other beds. And Red Awning was relentless on the Teip insurance sales pitch. Other than these things it was great.”

“Beautiful view!!! However if you are not good with heights it is quite a ways up there!!!! House was clean and well located for everything in Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains. The timed entry into the Rockies is not fun but nothing you can do about it. No air conditioning but cooled off at night pretty well!”
