“We stayed in Branson for three nights to go the Titanic Museum, Butterfly Palace, and Silver Dollar City, and this was the perfect place for our family and our small dog. It was spotless, comfortable, charming, and the perfect size for a family of four. We loved the convenient location and enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend!”

“First off, there was a severe lack of communication regarding check in procedures which caused a lot of last minute stress that we did not need. There was a flurry of emails, phone calls, and trying to get information before we traveled 3 hours with 15 people on how to check in. We did not receive a check in email until AFTER our check in time had already come and gone. We had NO IDEA there was an extra parking fee, and having four cars in our party, that was an extra expense that nobody was planning on, and based on your property, seems unnecessary and ridiculous. As far as the house goes, the kitchen is way too small for the size of the house, and not equipped very well. The smoke alarms went off 3 different times, waking 15 people at 5 AM and scaring small children. We were told it does that when it rains - humidity. Unacceptable. Layout of house is good for large group. Screened porches are nice but chair cushions are well past needing replacement. Pool was murky.”

“We booked this place for extended family weekend getaway. We have been going to Branson for several years. This place was noticeably dirty. The couches had holes in them. The outdoor cushions were filthy and desperately needing replaced. Although there were six bedrooms and six bathrooms which sold us on staying in the place- only one person can shower at once. There is not even water pressure to run a dishwasher and shower at the same time. And 2 out of our 3 nights - smoke alarms were going off. When I called the after hours/emergency line - I was told that it was connected with the fire department and that they did not have the capacity to turn it off. The person I spoke with said he would speak with another coworker and get back to me. We never heard back. The first night the alarm went off 3 times in an hour. Day 2- no alarms and the last night it went off once at 5 am waking up the entire house. I would not recommend this place!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was spacious & met our needs well. The only thing we didn't like was, we had to pay for parking, per car. We travel with our family frequently, and this was the first time we've ever had to pay to park at a rental property. We had five families in our group & had to pay for five cars, which added quite a bit to the total cost.”
