We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

They didn’t mention that you had to send in your ID and other information in order to confirm your stay. It was hard to get in the house.Even had to get so many different codes until finally one went through, but the keys didn’t fit.The gate code wasn’t working for my car to go through, and there was roaches.I didn’t even stay there I canceled my reservation there.From the beginning I booked my reservation it was a whole hassle. don’t get me wrong house was nice as described and The area was nice, but the experience was horrible.

O apartamento atendeu às necessidades da minha família. Estávamos em 7 pessoas. A localização é muito boa, perto de Walgreens, Publix, restaurantes, próximo à rodovia I-4. As fotos correspondem com a realidade do apartamento. Tinham todos os utensílios necessários para nós fazermos nossas refeições. Como chegamos após o horário de atendimento do escritório, as instruções de check-in deveriam estar num cofre na porta do escritório da empresa. Entretanto, não havia nenhuma instrução ou código de acesso ao apartamento. Após muitos telefonemas e e-mails, algumas horas depois conseguimos entrar no apartamento. Alguns móveis e eletrodomésticos precisam ser renovados. Por exemplo, a máquina de lavar roupa estava com partes enferrujadas. Somente no sexto dia de hospedagem conseguimos a senha de acesso ao Wi-Fi do apartamento. Faltam cadeiras se forem mais de 6 hóspedes. Fica uma dica para o anfitrião: disponibilizar um aspirador de pó no apartamento, pois a vassoura não é muito eficiente.
