“We had a great stay at Live Suites. The building was quiet, safe, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location was convenient with easy access to the city, and parking was simple and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with all the necessities we needed for our stay. Communication was smooth, and everything was well organized from check-in to check-out. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.”

“Good stay for the Indy 500 weekend. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and walkable. Good dog friendly backyard. When we had an issue with the coffee maker the host fixed the issue immediately, which was greatly appreciated.”

“The accommodations were very nice. Clean room and well maintained yard and shoreline. Being steps from beautiful Lake Missaukee is wonderful. My room had sliders out to a small porch overlooking the lake. The cleaning staff was very responsive once I figured out how to contact them electronically. many nice amenities in the room including Microwave, mini fridge, dish soap, and sponge, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and the eco-friendly soap and shampoo dispensers. The reason for four stars is because there was a big snafu with my room and the communication about that. I had reserved a room with a kitchenette months ago, but two days before check in, I learned from another guest that there was a water main break and my room was not available. (nor was the room for my sister ) The Live suite staff was very helpful in getting me into another room, but they should’ve initiated contact with me in advance. They were aware for weeks. I did get a partial refund for all the trouble.”

“This was a perfect stay for us as it was close in proximity to Gainsbridge Fieldhouse. Lots of places to eat within walking walking distance nearby. The check in process was very detailed, but there were easy to follow step-by-step instructions (including photos) provided by the host which made everything seamless. The space was clean and stocked with the essentials.”

“We had 2 problems. 1. The lock code was wrong at the time we checked in, which is around 1 am. Fortunately, the host picked up our call, and we were able to get in. 2. There is a HUGE construction with digging machines right outside the building. Literally, this APT is the frontline facing the construction. The host didn't tell us, so we had no preparation for it. Also, no earplugs in the APT by the host. Construction starts around 7-7:30 am. Good luck with your sleep. Had we known this situation, we would have thought twice about booking. I think the host knows that as well, but they didn't want to tell you.”

“The location was nice and within walking distance to a lot of interesting places. The place was comfortable and met our needs. However, the cleanliness was significantly subpar - used tissues were left behind, the toilet was left dirty (so gross) and there was hair and dirt in the shower.”

“Very good spot . Nice neighbors and is not far from events. Just didn’t like I couldn’t check in a lil early … besides that it was top tier !”

“Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. While the location is convenient to downtown, the live music until 2 am and the construction that starts at 7 am makes for difficult sleeping. The apartment was not well cleaned, there were dirty towels on the rack when we arrived, the lock on the door reset locking us out one evening during our stay, the WiFi stopped working, and packages were not delivered correctly. Homeless people seem to live in the parking garage stairwells. This is, by far, the worst experience I have had after using AirBnB for many years. This property is in clearly in need of repairs and better upkeep. Messages sent through the app were answered quickly but the person was not actually able to resolve any issues. Most is the time we just eventually figured it out ourselves.”
