“The stay for me and my husband was great. A few things would be the shower and toilet wasn't as great but still managed. The communication of renting kayaks was rough. waited a whole day to finally get the kayaks off the racks for us to use. the area was nice and very calming at night. Fishing right off the house boat. would come back again.”

“I would say overall this location was lovely. The condo itself is very nice and spacious. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. The 2 comments I will make is that they don't have adult sized towels for whatever reason, every bath towel was child sized and nice in its aesthetic, but not so great for after a shower for your hair/body. My other comment is they offer upgrades, either checking out later or checking in early for a fee of $25/hr. If a business offers an upgrade for a price, I would expect that upgrade to be honored, however I asked several times to check out an hour later because I had an event running late and couldn't get out at the original check out time, and was told no. I do think it's odd to offer a service and when it's needed to recend the service. Aside from those 2 comments, I think this stay was great and worth the price paid.”

“Unfair to be charged for parking garage”

“I was really excited to stay here but instead they canceled on us last minute after me and my friend drove 3 hours to get here from the sue. Very disappointed. Only upset because others were staying there all week but ours got canceled for “not having water”. Other than that seemed like a nice place. Sadly we couldn’t experience that :(”

“I would be careful with this Airbnb host. It’s managed by a “company” vs. a person. The company asked me for a picture of my face and ID, which had never happened to me before, and I wasn’t able to get any assurance that where they are storing this data is safe, so I did not provide. That resulted in them disabling my access to get into the unit at first. They eventually allowed me to waive this ask and restored by keys after I pushed back. The place didn’t have any visible clutter, but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke to the point where we struggled to sleep or spend much time there. This was advertised as a non-smoking unit and building. The host denied that the place smelled and no resolution was provided. My car was also hit in the dedicated parking garage provided by the host. Overall, the location of the unit is good - but I did not generally have a good experience.”

“We had 2 problems. 1. The lock code was wrong at the time we checked in, which is around 1 am. Fortunately, the host picked up our call, and we were able to get in. 2. There is a HUGE construction with digging machines right outside the building. Literally, this APT is the frontline facing the construction. The host didn't tell us, so we had no preparation for it. Also, no earplugs in the APT by the host. Construction starts around 7-7:30 am. Good luck with your sleep. Had we known this situation, we would have thought twice about booking. I think the host knows that as well, but they didn't want to tell you.”

“The location was nice and within walking distance to a lot of interesting places. The place was comfortable and met our needs. However, the cleanliness was significantly subpar - used tissues were left behind, the toilet was left dirty (so gross) and there was hair and dirt in the shower.”

“Corporate apartments, great location, poor lighting, frustrating getting in and out—too many steps to do, 4pm check in and 10am checkout, have to pay for early or late check in/out. Ok apartment but prefer non-corporate host”

“Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. While the location is convenient to downtown, the live music until 2 am and the construction that starts at 7 am makes for difficult sleeping. The apartment was not well cleaned, there were dirty towels on the rack when we arrived, the lock on the door reset locking us out one evening during our stay, the WiFi stopped working, and packages were not delivered correctly. Homeless people seem to live in the parking garage stairwells. This is, by far, the worst experience I have had after using AirBnB for many years. This property is in clearly in need of repairs and better upkeep. Messages sent through the app were answered quickly but the person was not actually able to resolve any issues. Most is the time we just eventually figured it out ourselves.”

“I didn't get to stay... I didn't like it due to it was an ugly set up where the pictures were better than the place. I asked for a refund not being comfortable in that environment. They refused due to reasons that don't aligne with a true reason just people who are focused on greed. I wont be using them again nor recommending them to anyone I know.”
