“Everything was good 😌”

“Clean, spacious, and good location. Would’ve rated it higher except for a few issue. Sofa was broken and couldn’t sit on it. Washing machine had visible mold inside. Texted host pictures and they offered to send someone to fix but we didn’t want anyone coming in unit while we were gone. Also, we were there 3 days/2 nights and only had 3 total washcloths for 2 people to use for the entire stay. Need more in the unit. Was excited to stay here because my two daughters live close by and I come to Cincy a lot—thought this could be my “home away from home”. I am sure the sofa and washing machine issues will be addressed; however, after not sleeping the first night because of the mattress I won’t be staying there again. Mattress is super soft like the kind that is rolled up and shipped to your house. Super soft foam and no support. Felt like I was sleeping on a marshmallow. I didn’t sleep at all and had a backache the next day. Nice location, nice building, and clean unit.”

“The place was perfect in terms of the area with restaurants and shops that were in walking distance. It was clean and offered a lot of amenities that we were able to use! Just be sure to bring towels for the pool, so you don’t have to use bath towels! Other than that, we had a great time in Cincinnati and enjoy visiting the city!”
