“Location can't be beat if in town for a sporting event. We were there for a Cleveland Guardians series and the walk to the stadium took less than ten minutes. Apartment was adequate but nothing special. Rooftop amenities were nice but the hot tub was not heated (maybe just the time of year). The house manual section of the post indicates one free parking pass is included in the reservation. This conflicts with other info indicating parking is not included which caused confusion. THERE IS NO FREE PARKING PASS INCLUDED. You can park in the attached garage which runs $15 every 12 hours BUT be aware that is NOT the rate on event days. We had to pay $50 plus another $15 per day (total of $65) per day because we left to sight see and when we returned on both days they had started charging for 'event' parking. Just something to be aware of. I would not suggest this location if you have a car (would highly recommend if you don't). Parking aside, it is a great spot.”

“Our experience was very good overall. The location was perfect for us, as we were visiting for a concert, exploring, and meeting up with friends. We walked everywhere, which we love. The suite itself was very nice and clean, and the bed was super comfy! The only problem for us was that we didn't receive full instructions for check-in until very close to the check-in time of 4pm. We arrived about 2 hours prior to that and wanted to walk around and grab a bite to eat, so we parked in the garage. Through prior messaging, we were told we could park there, pay upon exiting, and then submit a receipt to be reimbursed. When we finally received the full check-in instructions, we learned that we were supposed to get our key fob first and use it to enter a different area of the garage. Since we didn't do that, now I am unsure of whether or not I'll be reimbursed the $45 I spent for parking. It's not the end of the world, but it could have been avoided had we known the procedure earlier.”

“We were able to get into the place upon arrival via key code from check in instructions, but the code stopped working after that. We went back and forth and received probably 4 different codes to try, and none of them worked. Tried again as we were checking out just to see if it would work, and it didn’t. Aside from how painful that was, the place was about as cheap of an Airbnb as you can run. Fine for one night, but wouldn’t stay more than that. The shower was visibly dirty, and the shower liner was discolored. Would not stay again or recommend to others.”

“Apartment was a little worn, but lovely and mostly as described. Communication was lacking…didn’t get direct answers to questions and had to follow up multiple times to get an answer about check out.”
