“Great place on the river! Beautiful sunsets. This place could use some TLC. The fire pit was not usable. It was rusted and rotted through. The Keurig didn't work. The maid could have done a much better job cleaning. There was old coffee in the filter of the other coffee maker. The game room was not as advertised and needs updated. The darts were all broken. Overall, for the price, it was a great place to stay.”

“We had such a great stay at this lake house! We were looking for accommodations near Colorado Bend and Inks Lake State Parks. This home provided such a comfortable stay before and after our hikes. Especially traveling w/a teenager and a 5 year old. The home had lots of toys and games for our youngest plus the game room for both girls, and of course the lake w/beach area and kayaks! We can’t wait to come back! The home was beautiful and spacious, the views of the lake especially at sunrise were so gorgeous. This has definitely been one of our favorite places we’ve stayed for a family get away!”

“We have traveled a lot and this was the best place to stay and relax! We brought a bunch of kids and our service animal. Everyone was happy and satisfied. We normally go explore the town, but the house was fully stocked, tons of games to play, and the backyard view is breath taking. We all played outside, used the kayaks, played games.The weather was perfect. We saw 2 bald eagles with their nest every day, lots of deer everywhere. We didn't want to leave! We highly recommend this place to everyone to stay! We are grateful to the hosts for allowing us to stay in their paradise for a week.”
