“Great stay - we were in town to run the Bayshore Marathon and the location was perfect. Place was clean, furnished minimally but had everything we needed for our stay. Easy check in and clear instructions along the way. Everything seemed very automated so I’m not sure how easy it would be to reach an actual person if needed but we didn’t encounter anything along the way. Overall A+ stay would recommend!!”

“Clean place to stay for, address was a little confusing to find at first but the ownership group was easy to communicate. Takes about 15 to get into downtown TC and was very easy to access downtown. Would stay again!”

“We planned a 3 day hiking trip on the North Country Trail and chose this Airbnb for our homemade. We had a great stay in a quiet area, near Meijer down the street and a few good restaurants. This was the perfect alternative for 3 people with 3 cars to stay and not have to worry about parking in Traverse City. The hosts communicated well and very responsive which is something I value when needing questions answered. This is a new place, a fantastic sofa, an entire garage to use, which is rare, and great shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Hiking 15 miles a day, this is such an important factor in choosing a place to stay where we can all get cleaned up and wash and dry our gear. Great stay and we’d stay here again.”

“This condo was the perfect location for a soccer tournament. It was close to the field and was conveniently located by Old Mission wineries, downtown Traverse City, and several restaurants. Check in was delayed due the unit not being cleaned and this was the one time communication was not quick, as. we did not know it wasn’t ready until we arrived and check in had over a two hour delay due to cleaning. The cleaning staff were friendly and allowed kids to use the bathroom but it was finished hastily so some details were missing like tub soaked in cleaner but not wiped out and trash left in trash cans. All other areas were spotless and we appreciated a late check out being made available which made up for the delay. The unit was spacious and comfortable. We would book here again as it was a great value for the amount of space compared to a hotel room.”
