“Location is amazing. I definitely recommend sitting outside at night to watch the stars. Property is very peaceful, the house has lots of space. My only complaint is there was only two wash rags for a place that holds 8 people. There wasn’t any type of cleaning product for spills or to clean up the kitchen. Had to purchase some Clorox wipes. Lots of paper towels and tp are provided.”

“This place was so close to being great. Just a few. missing amenities. No lighter for the grill. The grill needed cleaning. We did not use it. Gas was full so that was good. Some disposables were not in the kitchen. Foil, plastic wrap etc. Didn’t use the hot tub but it looked clean. Overall it was good and I would use it again but for the price it should have had those minor issues fixed.”

“Great, quiet place, far enough from Fredericksburg to see the stars but less than 10 min from downtown! Had to knock off a star because when anyone occupied the upstairs unit the downstairs WiFi was pretty much unusable. Additionally, there are very bright lights that shine in the door window all night controlled exclusively by the upstairs unit. Despite the few issues I would definitely stay again.”

“The location and the property itself were absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had were that the hot tub was very cloudy and didn’t appear to have been cleaned very well, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. We also noticed some stains on the bed sheets, which made it seem like they may not have been changed before our arrival. We also weren’t aware that someone would be staying downstairs, and that wasn’t disclosed in the listing, so it was an unexpected surprise. Other than those concerns, we had a great experience and loved the beautiful location.”
