“The home is in a great location,peaceful, yet only a 5–7 minute drive from the Heavenly Gondola area. The house itself is very spacious, and we especially enjoyed the kitchen and living room, where we spent most of our time. The only area that could use improvement is the cleanliness. There were visible spider webs in quite a few places, and some of the furniture had noticeable dust accumulation. Our only disappointment was the checkout experience. There was a power outage on the morning of our departure, which understandably delayed our ability to leave. We requested a little extra time, especially since we were traveling with a senior family member. The host kindly extended our checkout until 11:00 a.m., which we appreciated, but we had hoped for noon since the next guests weren’t arriving until 4:00 p.m. We understand the cleaning crew has a schedule to keep, but a little more flexibility under the circumstances would have made the end of our stay much less stressful.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house is very spacious, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We stayed as two families with young children, and they absolutely loved the house. Being pet-friendly was also a huge plus for us. The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches just a 10-minute drive away. The only downside for us was that the house didn’t have a BBQ grill. As Brazilians, we love grilling when we get together with family, so we definitely missed having one. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again!”
