“It's very clean. The lake view is great. With that said, this is a very old, flipped motel. Not a home. The property management is in Vietnam. There is no manager in the country even though they claim they're in grand rapids. My room carpet had been steam cleaned and was wet. Up until I let them know about the moisture and mold they had been very responsive. It was over 12 hours, several messages to them the same AI message to me over and over, and a very angry call before they checked. I had to sleep in the room w the mold. The bed was moist, and I felt like I was in a tent. I hate camping. They downgraded my room, and refunded $80. That carpet was wet There was not one dish or paper product except tp. Smart TV in one room not the other. Dehumidifier in one room. Dishes in one room. First bed was brand new and so comfy. 2nd was terrible. First room door refused to lock w o a fight, and there was no slide lock. Second was a completely different new kind of knob w a slide lock too”

“We would stay again, wish there was a grill outside, firepit and picnic table. Not real good for swimming, but great fishing lake.”

“Direct Lake view & access with amenities. I want to give it all 5stars however, 2 things property related that may not be for all. This is a lower level and you could hear quite a bit of footsteps, jumping, etc from above. It is on a high traffic loud road. The location is great & relaxing. Would recommend & I would stay again although this locale may not be for lighter sleepers!”
