“The room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well. Good location on the lake with a short walk to downtown dining establishments.”

“Great little room for a weekend getaway! Very clean and provided all that we needed for our stay. The kids Loved the water right outside the balcony, beautiful to wake up to each morning. Even enjoyed some fishing off the shore and caught a couple Bass. The icecream shop just down the road in walking distance has Huge icecream cones! Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.”

“For the total price, the “apartments” served us just fine. The A/C was great and if you don’t need a full kitchen, this place is perfect. We did encounter an annoying mosquito (and other bugs) infestation for 2/5 days but the Host was very responsive to the situation. The Host was quick to organize spraying of our apartments though left about 20 dead mosquitoes around the bathroom sink. Again, this AirB&B is an affordable option for a brief stay in Lake City, Michigan.”

“I was really excited to stay here but instead they canceled on us last minute after me and my friend drove 3 hours to get here from the sue. Very disappointed. Only upset because others were staying there all week but ours got canceled for “not having water”. Other than that seemed like a nice place. Sadly we couldn’t experience that :(”

“The accommodations were very nice. Clean room and well maintained yard and shoreline. Being steps from beautiful Lake Missaukee is wonderful. My room had sliders out to a small porch overlooking the lake. The cleaning staff was very responsive once I figured out how to contact them electronically. many nice amenities in the room including Microwave, mini fridge, dish soap, and sponge, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and the eco-friendly soap and shampoo dispensers. The reason for four stars is because there was a big snafu with my room and the communication about that. I had reserved a room with a kitchenette months ago, but two days before check in, I learned from another guest that there was a water main break and my room was not available. (nor was the room for my sister ) The Live suite staff was very helpful in getting me into another room, but they should’ve initiated contact with me in advance. They were aware for weeks. I did get a partial refund for all the trouble.”
