“The cabin itself was immaculately clean. I was worried since we were close to US23 I'd hear traffic all night, but it was silent in the bedrooms. Lots of extra blankets and pillows if necessary. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items. Very pleasant inside. Comfortable beds and furniture. Washer and dryer were very nice to have on hand. This is the first time I have stayed at an AirBnB run by a property manager and not a person. The manager wouldn't send check-in instructions until check-in time, but there was no cell service for data at the cabin. I had to drive back to a service area to get the check-in instructions. Once wifi was connected, I was good to go for the rest of the trip. I had to communicate twice more with the property manager and it was clear we were working at middleman speeds. I call them, they call the owner, owner gets the info, calls back the manager, manager then responds. 20-40 minutes. I definitely prefer an owner handling their own business.”

“We had a great stay at this cabin! My husband and I booked it during a weekend getaway with friends in East Tawas, and it was the perfect size for the two of us. It was also conveniently located just a few miles from where our friends were staying, making it easy to spend time together while still having our own space. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with plenty of extra blankets and towels. Even though there was only an air conditioner in the living room, the cabin stayed comfortable, and the fans provided in each bedroom helped keep everything cool. The only issue we encountered was with the Wi-Fi. I reached out to the host, who responded quickly and suggested rebooting the router, which solved the problem right away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay in the East Tawas area.”
