“The place was great, except for the aforementioned mouse crap. also in the kitchen area.The bathtub drain was frozen. The other thing we would suggest would be to have the wood pile a bit closer to access. if someone who wasn't as able to shovel a path to the stacks of wood and lug it up the stairs, it would be rather difficult. we joked when we had to lug our own wood into the cabin to keep warm. as the heatpump is not adequate enough for main heat in the colder temperatures that we experienced that weekend.”

“We knew that we'd be arriving late and reached out to ask if a light could be left on and the heat turned up. We were told that the heat could to be turned up prior to our arrival, but that we could do so once we arrived. When we arrived, we bumped the head up to 70, but the thermostat never budged above 55 degrees. I looked for wood to build a fire in the wood stove, but there was none inside. It was late, so we went to bed with long johns and extra blankets. The rest of the weekend was cold and frustrating. I place the bulk of the blame on Vacasa and the absolutely terrible communication...always promising to get back with a resolution, but never doing so. The worst customer service experience short of the DMV. I've got an Airbnb trip booked this spring. It will be my last.”
