“The place was nice and clean. The location was close to everything we needed. Would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.”

“the location / proximity to the beach was perfect. check in was extremely confusing and clunky, the home could have been cleaner and the kitchen accessories had a lot to be desired. For the price paid, I had higher expectations. we still had a great time and will be looking in this area for another vacation in the future.”

“House was great host was great but the neighbors are not friendly and do not want Certain ppl in their neighborhood,had cops pounding on our doors at 3am that someone called domestic violence on that address while we slept and again following day for having a bbq with no music said kids were to loud playing in pool”

“It was rather dark on our arrival which made it difficult to see the house number. We were given a door code but it didn't indicate to which entrance. Whether the code was for upstairs or downstairs. The inside was fairly well maintained but there was any overwhelming stale, moldy smell once entering the property, outside was neglected. We wanted to grill outside, but the propane was not refilled and the grill had rusted through the bottom so it wouldn't hold heat. We contacted them, just for them to say they would come replace it in the morning. Then it wasn't until later in the morning after I reached about an ETA on the grill did they even contact us. 45 minutes later they replaced the propane and brought an additional grill to use. Other things were missing parts to appliances. Just a little inconvenient. Enlight of these inconveniences it was a decent place to stay and we would visit again.”

“The place is really outdated with partial renovations. The building is old and the codes where changed without notice. The parking permit was left inside a cupboard and we could not locate it. The pool is really small for so many apartments. The only thing my kids enjoyed was the fishing dock. The beds where good but the pillows are terrible. Clean sheets and new towels but we were missing the complete set for the pullout couch.”
