“Daniel was responsive. The stove top didn't work well. The kitchen was missing gadgets needed for cooking. The towels were thin. The beds were like sleeping on the box spring & the sheets felt like paper or disposable. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. There was a foul smell in the room for the first day or two. The sliding doors were filthy & the balcony can use some maintenance.”

“This was a great location for walking. The place was very clean and beautiful. My only complaint was the door lock. It has a 10 number combo and was VERY hard to get unlocked. It needs to be a shorter number”

“I gave everything five stars on this except 2 things. The place is gorgeous and beautiful however leaving temp on 74 is not acceptable on the 19 floor w sun barring in. It was hot hot. And and thing and reason I didnt give all 5 stars is because it was not disclosed to us that this hotel beach access was cut off due to construction on beach and the construction was 24hr and kept us up all night with loud motors and noise. I would stay again but this needs to be disclosed up front next time I will ask!”

“This place is beautiful and is very convenient as it is within walking distance from the beach, which was my main goal. However, the host did mention the parking garage was only a clearance of 6’8. What the host did not mention is how SMALL the garage is. If you drive anything larger than a midsize SUV, you’re going to struggle to park/get out of parking spots. We would not have rented a truck if we would have known how small this parking garage is.”

“I was hesitant to book a room from a business and not an individual, but I gave it a shot and was very disappointed. Check in took 30 minutes, and they tried to sell me a time share. The rules of the resort were awful, and the staff was rude. The room itself was clean, but felt like a cheap motel. No cleaning supplies, 4 towels, 2 cheap blankets, a $50 TV, and the furniture was cheap and shaky. For $200 a night, not worth it. To be fair, the view and location were phenomenal , but that’s all I can say that’s positive! (Let’s not talk about the cigarettes in the pool and noise by the other guests)”
