Vacasa in Miramar Beach, Florida

“Great condo!”

“The place was beautiful. The hvac was not working correctly and effectively ruined the stay. Blowing cold or off the entire time, while its snowing outside. Poor comunication throughout! The room and resort are awesome. The problem is Vacasa.”

“On the last day of our reservation - I was awaken to a pounding on door/ringing of doorbell....repeated 6 times at 7:45 am. Of course I sprung out of bed, covered self & answered only to have a workman say "replace window now". In my shocked state - not knowing what time it even was - I agreed. When I walked back into the room, it was 7:45 AM on a Saturday -- not okay, especially because the stated quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Needless to say this interruption was less than desirable and no accommodation was made to right the wrong. Very disappointed in Vacasa - and the irony of the situation, we were in town purchasing an investment property and had considered using Vacasa as the property manager. Unintended consequence -- Vacasa will not be the property management company we choose.”

“For the price, this was a pretty good deal. everything was clean when we got there. Check out was very easy. There were plenty of linens towels and toiletries. we cooked several times in the kitchen and used almost all the pots and pans. Access to the beach was easy and close. There are a few things that need to be replaced or updated but for the price it was a great place to stay. Our family of five adults slept comfortably.”
