“The house was in a beautiful neighborhood with a fantastic pool and hot tub! It was very clean when we arrived and was even available early. It is the bare minimum, no extras. Bring your own coffee filters and plan to stop at the store for anything you might need for the kitchen. Bring anything you need for the beach or pool, including towels. There are no extra blankets. However, I do recommend this place for the price, as it is lower than most other places in the area. If you can’t afford the fancy places like us, this place works.”

“We were not even allowed a key unit exactly 4:00. I stood in line four different times just to be told, I had five more minutes, three more minutes, then literally one minute. Then I get upstairs and notice that it is warm in the unit. I turned the heat down, the thermostat was registering 78 degrees. After about an hour, I was still extremely warm, so I turned the unit to air. It was miserable in the unit all night. The air never came on and what air the fan was blowing out was warm. The host did respond about the air, and they sent a service to fix it. I was stuck in the unit all evening waiting on them to get there and then to fix the issue. The unit has four TVs, but only two remotes for the whole thing which I also thought was ridiculous. I understand there are going to be issues, but the not allowing you to even get a key until the exact checkout was a first for me. It was extremely frustrating to have to sit in the lobby when we arrived at 3:30.”

“The location and view were perfect. Reported the kitchen cabinet door top screws came out of door when first opened. Washing machine leaked out the bottom when we used it. Reported both. Besides that enjoyed our stay. It was January so it was quite in the area.”
