Unfortunately, we were disappointed with this rental. One of the toilets in one of the bedrooms would not flush. We noticed immediately after arrival. Vacasa was contacted and said they could not do anything about it and that we needed to contact Airbnb customer service. Pool was also very dirty.

the condo itself was very nice and clean. the balcony porch needed to be cleaned as there were leaves all over. The listing needs to be amended to point out there are 30 steps up to the condo and the last 15 are steep and narrow when hauling luggage.The biggest disappointment was the pool, hot tub,and outside pool chairs were not able to be used. Noone was even working on repairing the pool or getting it cleaned while we were there. Vacasa office was contacted and we felt some type of credit was only fair since amenities were advertised but not available. we even had a pool code. we specifically chose this unit for the pool and hot tub. Vacasa said she did not get response from owner. Doubtful we will rent from Vacasa again since they dont make things right when things like this happen. We understand things happen but its not fair to charge full price when advertised amenities are not available especially a pool.

There are better hosts, and much better options on ABNB. Before booking, ask yourself if you'd rather have a company manage this place or another person. If you don't need the niceties of basic coffee, breakfast (unlined) or any cheap basic food that most people offer with their accomodations, then go ahead and book. If you don't care if the instructions for check in are wrong and you need to jump on a call with customer service and wait for them to try several different things for you to access your space, book it. If someone walking in thinking you were gone while you and your guest are still getting dressed in the morning, far before check out time, then, I guess this is it. Vacasa is No Casa, instead more like you pay us and we give you an unwelcoming, stale, and intrusive stay. We are considering dropping ABNB all together after this one, and definitely won't return to a Vacasa stay.

Our condo was clean and stocked for what we needed. Check in instructions were clear however our code did not work. It took about 15-20 minutes to get a code that worked. The location was very convenient and in walking distance to many restaurants, bars and the beach.

The location was fantastic… loved it. The condo on the whole was perfect. But I think it could use a handyman/women to to fix a few things in the unit. We did request some maintenance but no one came while we there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
