“Loved the place! Would definitely stay again. Very well decorated and thought out. Super cozy, great views. As cute as could be! Perfect location and amenities. If I had to give any feedback we requested a late check out because we have two little kids and like to sleep in on vacation…getting out by 10am on a Sunday really stinks. We requested a late check out and were denied. Most hotels and other Airbnbs at least start at 11am. Could also use some Tupperware because we cooked and had no storage for leftovers.”

“The location is perfect! The Airbnb was also very clean! 5/5 on those two aspects. Now let me warn guests of all the reasons I didn’t love my stay. Neither TV or remote was working and the automated response from the host wasn’t helpful The hot tub, the reason we booked this location and at the price we did, was broken, announced to us in the check in messages. The bed seemed broken and sagged on one side The bathroom doorknob is about to fall off The shower has very little water pressure although, excellent heat The apartment was also very hot and only some of the windows opened I would not suggest staying here for the listing price. This place needs a renovation or needs to be priced closer to a hostel or motel.”

“The hot tub was closed for what appeared to be no reason. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows as well. The bunkbeds were in incredibly trash. The second room doesn’t have any kind of fan or light in it. They asked for you to do all the dishes and laundry before you leave, which is ridiculous while paying for a cleaning fee. Unfortunately we showed up to the Airbnb very late in the middle of the night after waiting in hours of traffic on I 70 and when you are underground, there is no phone service so when going to make the payment for the parking, it did not go through. On top of that the individuals at the front desk that checked us in did not incredibly stress the fact of the parking tickets. We received almost $500 in parking tickets for the three days that we were there.”
