“The location was ok! I wish it was cleaner. Also while we were there we had no water for a couple of hours it was very strange.”

“Cockroaches made stay unbearable and they did nothing to remedy. Very upset. My kids woke up twice with cockroaches in bed. I called and felt dismissed. Absolutely disgusted. Saw at least 30!”

“Pros: Very close to the golf course, very spacious for all members of my family. I loved how there was all the amenities I needed as a family. Cons: I understand its tropical but finding cochroaches multiple times a day and even after they came with traps, found 3 more. They basically told us that was "normal". I would have expected alot better.”

“Pros: This is a great location that is centrally located on the island. It’s easy to get to multiple areas of the island quickly. The views are great and the place is very quiet and private. The beach access is walking distance and that is also a nice feature. Cons: With AC only in the living room, the winds that come through the bedroom windows are not enough to keep the room cool. We had to sleep on the pullout couch in the living room. The temperature in the bedroom stayed high 80s. We also had issues with multiple roaches. This was stated as a normal occurrence in the listing due to the humidity and summertime but it still became a nuisance. I would be highly aware of not leaving the windows or doors open for long periods of time. For a 10 day we were only provided one trash bag and limited towels. The kitchen supplies and towels were lacking.”

“The condo was very nice, the view from the lanai gorgeous, and washer/dryer super convenient. The location was very convenient for our snorkeling excursion and renting boogie boards. The reason for my lower rating is because Coldwell Banker Island Vacations was horrible with communication throughout our stay and after. Upon arriving to the condo, we noticed the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom had leaked badly all over the floor. We immediately contacted the customer service number that was included in my email and were told someone would be out to fix it. The air conditioning unit was never fixed during our stay. Some nights it didn’t run at all and we laid on top of the bed sweating. The times it would run it leaked so badly we had take plastic tubs and bowls from the kitchen and towels from our bathroom to catch all the water. What was most infuriating was we called everyday and were always told someone would call us back and no one ever did, even almost 2 weeks post trip”

“My wife and I arrived shortly before 8 pm. I sent this message on Airbnb at 8:01 pm. “Hello we just checked in. Upon arrival there is a strong musky/moldy smell in the the unit. My wife has asthma and this is a concern for us. I am currently looking to see what other places are available for tomorrow.” At 6:13 am, I received this message back, “Please contact Guest Relations at “” or via email at guestrelations@cbislandvacations. com. They can assist.” You are not booking with the owner but a corporation that does not really care. In an effort to avoid sleeping in the smell, we opened all the windows to bring in fresh air. You are right next to the parking lot so you hear people coming and going all night. There is a window curtain on the window and the draft will blow the curtain onto the bed all night. If you are booking with Coldwell Banker Island Vacation, beware. They never once reached back out after our initial message. The view is amazing. Look for another plane in the complex.”

“Host is terrible, there was a Termite swarm in the house that ruined all our food we had bought for the week and the host did not help at all”

“I truly loved the condo itself—the size was generous, the unit was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, several serious issues overshadowed what could have been a wonderful stay. We encountered cockroaches, a strobing light in the bathroom, and a water alarm that went off for over 45 minutes. These problems were extremely distressing and left me feeling genuinely traumatized. Adding to the disappointment, my multiple letters requesting a refund have gone unanswered. The lack of response and follow-up has been very frustrating and unacceptable given the circumstances.”

“Pros: location, size of house. Cons: guest bedroom had ANTS IN THE BED, ceiling, walls and they went down to the floor. We messaged the host when we checked in and were told to email someone or call a number. Throughout the trip, I emailed four times and never heard back. We called several times and it’s an answering service in another country, not locals They came out once to set ant traps and that reduced the ants for a day and then they were back. We called and were more or less blown off or ignored. Everytime I contacted the host on the app, I was rudely told to contact someone else. Hope you don’t have an emergency here because they won’t care. The house is dirty. There were dust bunnies under the bed and left over trash. There are stains and scratches everywhere. It’s pretty run down. The bathtubs in both bathrooms were really gross. The plug in the guest bathroom does not work. I don’t recommend this host or this property even though it’s a nice size and in a good place”

“Coldwell Banker failed to inform us that the elevators had been broken for 3 weeks. We paid a lot and only got below average accommodations. I will never rent from this company again.”
