Beautifully updated condo, easy parking, great location across the street from Magic Sands Beach (great for boogie boarding). The lanai was amazing, and well stocked with all the beach accessories. Beds were comfy, thanks for providing the perfect amount of good quality pillows per bed. We enjoyed having a coffee grinder, french press and electric kettle to make that Kona coffee.

The view was spectacular from the lanai! Local shops were leas than 10 min away driving and the place has everything you could need.

This condo was perfect for our group of 6. The bedrooms were spacious, decor was great, the pool was quiet, and it was a short drive to Kailua-Kona. We can’t wait to come back!

We initially stayed in Room 327, and our first impression was excellent. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our family of four. The layout was perfect, with a nice living room area, full kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out. It felt well-stocked with the amenities we needed, and the location/views were absolutely beautiful. The only issue with that first unit was the air conditioning. We were advised to keep everything closed (including the blinds/curtains), which made the condo feel pretty dark during the day, but the temperature stayed manageable around 76°. Unfortunately, by the fourth day, the AC completely stopped working. To management’s credit, they were very responsive and quickly moved us to another unit (Room 202), which we appreciated. That said, moving was a pretty big inconvenience since we had already fully unpacked and settled in with what felt like two weeks’ worth of belongings, especially traveling as a family. It definitely disrupted our stay.
