“The location was ok! I wish it was cleaner. Also while we were there we had no water for a couple of hours it was very strange.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Poipu. The condo is clean, with air conditioning, fans, and a lot of fun beach gear, which we appreciated. We also loved the swimming pool. The kitchen is nice, however, it is poorly stocked. For example, there isn't even a single spatula, there was only one flimsy cookie sheet, no electric griddle, and only one roll of paper towels provided for 6 days. We rent from Airbnb so we can cook many meals ourselves and when you're cooking for 7 there are basic kitchen supplies needed.”

“The unit itself was great, but I don’t foresee myself going through a brokerage rather than a family again. They also sent us generic messages and asked about our flight info. We sent it over thinking they’d try to accommodate an early check in but we got a LATE check in. Not only that, but they directed me to text another person/reception about checking in and we were told around 2pm that the unit wasn’t ready and they’d text us when it was. Check in is at 4pm so that’s fair. However, we ended up meeting some of our friends who were staying in the same condos as us and noticed that the unit we were waiting on had no one in it, and we kept our eye on the unit since we could see it from our friend’s place and it wasn’t until after 4pm but no one ever left the unit so it was clearly ready before 4pm but no one messaged us until AFTER 4pm. Then when the wifi wasn’t working, all they sent was “here is the wifi and password” I’d recommend renting through a local family and not a brokerage”

“Pros: Very close to the golf course, very spacious for all members of my family. I loved how there was all the amenities I needed as a family. Cons: I understand its tropical but finding cochroaches multiple times a day and even after they came with traps, found 3 more. They basically told us that was "normal". I would have expected alot better.”

“Beautiful place to stay, nice amenities. Appreciated how timely responses of host were. I had previously read a review about a lack of size selection ms for pots and pans. Upon seeing this I made sure that I brought my own larger pot and pan but unfortunately the type of electric stove in the unit will not work/heat on some pot/pan materials. I messaged host regarding concerns for indoor railings loose falling apart as well as outdoor porch posts that were loose hanging and received a timely response that someone would come by the next day to evaluate but no one ever came.”
