“Property was the perfect size for my two older kids, my husband and me. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Great proximity to many attractions.”

“Our stay in this home was mostly good. For starters you have to know there is no A/C. At night you can get a good breeze with ALL of the sliding doors open and fans running... during the day it was unbearable. Also every beach is a 15 minute drive away, which isn't terrible but you aren't walking to the beach. The home is good and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and useful. The master bathroom is very small. Also know that the loft bed is directly next to the upstairs bedroom, so every noise is audible... something to consider. The neighborhood is among other condos, very chill, no parties and we hardly saw anyone. Spent most of our time up near Hanalei because there's just more to do. Princeville is a commute from all the fun stuff. On the whole, this home was a good place to come back to at the end of the day.”

“We had a lovely stay in Princeville! Check-in communication was a bit confusing with whether or not we needed to be communicating more with the cliffs front desk or the host. The property itself is beautiful! We caught the sunset every night from the cliffs. The kitchen is stocked so you can cook meals at home. Bathrooms are clean, and we enjoyed spending the evenings on the lanai. There is no AC, but we were able to make it work with the doors and windows closed during the hottest point of the day and then opened them as they cooled in the evening.”

“Okay place, not perfect. The cleanliness was subpar with a moldy coffee maker, some hair in the shower, consistent ants in the bathroom, an unclean blender, and some other small things. There was only one paper towel roll and 2 extra trash bags which I would’ve liked to see out of a premium stay. Location is great and it’s close to beaches and Hanalei Bay.”
