4.63Visit website
Kasa's guest rating of 4.63 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This was a great location and beautiful apartment. The pool and amenities were great! The only complaint I have was with the staff that worked the front desk at this Kasa location and the main line I called when I arrived looking for someone to check in with. When I arrived, no one that worked at Kasa was at the location. I called the phone number listed and that person I spoke with was unable to help because they were not onsite nor could they contact the onsite staff. We also were told parking was available then were going back and forth with Kasa on what we were actually able to do because there was a marathon taking place (we were there for to run!) and blocking off roads. The staff on site just could’ve been so much more helpful and communicated much more clearly. I need to be reimbursed for the $100 I paid for parking still. Super unfortunate the onsite staff were so difficult to communicate with because the location was gorgeous.”airbnb

“I cannot urge people visiting ATX enough to NOT book at this complex. The couch reeked of cat pee, which was ignored by maintenance and management. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and could not use the sofa. We were never given a top sheet for a 4 night stay, which was also ignored by maintenance and management. The kitchen was left dirty. The unit was not even remotely close to the pictures in the ad. I’ve never stayed somewhere that blatantly ignored maintenance requests from their guests like this place. And they refuse to give more than a 30% refund. If you are staying in ATX, find somewhere else. Do not get stuck paying for a horrible Airbnb like I did.”airbnb

“Place was nice; noise sensor was sensitive; appreciate that there was no cleaning list and ease of access. The pots and pans were hard to cook on”airbnb

“Great location, could use more utensils and the ac unit didn't work too well. Easy to organize, talk with. Parking was a great deal compared to what other places charge.”airbnb

“Great location! If you’re looking to be in the center of it all, this is it. Truthfully my only complaints are somewhat minor. We ran out of toilet paper. There wasn’t any way for us to get additional and KASA could not assist. We had to go get our own. Aside from that the walls are paper thin. And I mean PAPER THIN. We had a neighbor our last night who was extremely loud. We didn’t complain due to it being our last night. So expect to be able to hear everything and for all or hear you. Location was prime and made this trip worth it. If we book again we will just keep in mind the few hiccups we had.”airbnb

“I'm annoyed that I kept getting the "we care about you" but then when there was an actual problem I had to share the same information 4 different times to different entities and then meet a person in person only to be told that they won't do anything about it (washer was broken) but also won't offer a partial reimbursement. 1st world problem but annoying. The information on parking is misleading - and the charge isn't through Aribnb (this is against airbnb policy) The parking is not well described - with conflicting information. There is conflicting checkout information as well. You only get one pass to access the facilities which are spread over two separate buildings. This is fine if it is one person - but if there are two of you - you literally can't do whatever you want. (Like go to the pool at different times - or one person to the pool - one person to the gym) They will NOT give you another one if you ask. I just feel like it is stupid corporate bs. Would stay elsewhere.”airbnb

“We have stayed in many Air BNB's, but this is our first time for Kasa. Our complaints are: 1) the cleaning staff had accessed our place after we had checked when we had left to run an errand. 2) There are no secondary locks on the inside to lock everyone out while we are inside. So anyone could access the place with a code at anytime. 3) The back door does not lock properly and can easily be opened from the outside with a screw driver in about 10-15 seconds. 4) The window in the bedroom was not fully closed so the window lock was not engaged upon our arrival. Anyone could have pushed the window up. When traveling, I always make it a point to check window locks. The walls are painted white but many walls have different shades of white and different sheens. Many of the walls have been touched up like this. The place was clean and everything we needed was provided.”airbnb

“Decent spot as long as long as you don’t get a unit that faces south Virginia street. Hot tub was not working. The pool was freezing and dirty.”airbnb

“Although the apartment is located in a great area, parking is challenging (which Kasa warns about) and access to the building with only one key fob is difficult. The photos in the listing are representative, therefore, the unit you are staying might be very different than what is shown. We were traveling with a toddler and expected a bathtub, but found a small standup shower that was hard to use. On day 2 we noticed the washer had thick layer of black ?mold and we alerted the property, since unsafe to use. No response. The next day, the only toilet in the unit clogged. We notified Kasa at 9:45am. Although multiple messages and calls were done, customer service would only say “we are working on this”, at 4pm, when we still had no toilet and no update on time of fixing it, we elected to check out go to another Airbnb. They initially did not want to refund us for the 2 unused nights. But after working with Airbnb support, they refunded us. It was the worst Airbnb experience we have had.”airbnb
