“It’s a great, luxury apartment in a great location. Unfortunately we had some issues with HVAC. The host was able to fix them eventually, but it definitely affected our stay. Also I really wanted a cold plunge, I had a race and a cold plunge works great for my recovery. Turned out it was not available but it was not communicated to us upfront.”

“noise complaints on us when there was other music louder than us…. i got locked in the restroom cause the handle was broken imagine taking a poop when you first wake up and then you get stuck inside cause you dont have a handle that works correctly🤣 nice CLEAN place BUT air bnb should not host this place,…. id rather spend money on a hotel”

“Kasa San Diego Little Italy is a great property. The location and amenities were excellent on our previous stays, and I’d generally recommend it. This stay didn’t go as well. We had to cancel our flights from Biloxi, MS, because a hurricane was forecast to hit our area two days after we were due to arrive. I understand and respect that Kasa’s cancellation policy is clearly stated. Still, they weren’t willing to reschedule our stay or offer a credit toward a future trip. We didn’t want a refund; we wanted to stay with them when we traveled to San Diego. That outcome left me disappointed. Travelers should know: if your plans change for any reason, including a weather emergency, expect the stated policy to be applied strictly. A flexible option, like a travel credit, would have kept us as loyal repeat guests.”

“Communication at the beginning was a bit difficult, parking too. The apartment is nice but for the money, very IKEAish. Not a bit deal but if you’re expecting a comfy sofa, look elsewhere. Pool and gym are great. View is a bit slum-like with neighboring roof covered in tarps and homeless people permanent on corner. City is a bit loud. Nice place!”
