Kasa in San Diego, California

“This was a great location and beautiful apartment. The pool and amenities were great! The only complaint I have was with the staff that worked the front desk at this Kasa location and the main line I called when I arrived looking for someone to check in with. When I arrived, no one that worked at Kasa was at the location. I called the phone number listed and that person I spoke with was unable to help because they were not onsite nor could they contact the onsite staff. We also were told parking was available then were going back and forth with Kasa on what we were actually able to do because there was a marathon taking place (we were there for to run!) and blocking off roads. The staff on site just could’ve been so much more helpful and communicated much more clearly. I need to be reimbursed for the $100 I paid for parking still. Super unfortunate the onsite staff were so difficult to communicate with because the location was gorgeous.”

“traveled with family. would definitely stay again if I were solo; the bed itself is comfortable. The sofa hideaway bed was very uncomfortable, used the topper tucked in the closet made it manageable, but still hard on the back. Otherwise great location , awesome amenities. very nice fitness center. The parking fee was steep.”
